Job descriptions:

• Provide legal support to different departments and advise on a broad range of legal issues including corporate/ commercial, investment, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and report etc.;
• Draft and review full range of business and financial related contracts, agreements and legal documents;
• Overview legal and compliance management function to ensure the Group’s operations in compliance with the regulatory requirements;
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or above with major in Law;
• Hong Kong qualified solicitor with 2 years PQE at law firms and/or in house at financial institutions or listed company;
• Solid Legal experience of HK commercial work, investment, corporate restructuring and/or joint ventures;
• Good analytical and communication skills and able to work independently;
• Strong team-player;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Mandarin will be an advantage).
