Responsibilities

• Assist in handling a full range of company secretarial services of private and offshore;
• Co-ordinate with external and internal parties;
• Maintain and update proper statutory records, opening bank accounts;
• Handle general coordination and administration works;
• Back up support on any ad-hoc matters.

Requirements

• At least 2 years or above company secretarial experience, experience in professional firm is preferred;
• Student member of HKICS/ICSA;
• Sound knowledge of Companies Ordinance and other compliance regulations;
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Good computer knowledge and familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing;
• Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized, a team player and able to work under pressure.
