Job Duties :

• Handle daily leasing enquiries and liaise with potential customers
• Maintain up to date lease enquiries tenancy information
• Liaise with property agents for property leasing and investment opportunities
• Handle in all types of tenancy matters, including but not limited to tenancy documentation preparation, site inspection, tenants' fitting-out and renovation works
• Explore, liaise and negotiate with potential clients for company's property and cold-call to targeted clients
• Conduct marketing research, data analysis and compile regular reports
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Associate Degree/ Bachelor Degree in general subjects.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in property leasing and management.
• Candidate with more than 4 years' working experience in leasing industry will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Creative and willing to give ideas
• Aggressive, confident, self-motivated and commitment towards achievement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Immediately available is preferred
• Working location : Tsimshatsui / Prince Edward
