Responsibilities:

• Maintain good business relationship with our existing clients
• Provide good customer service
• Communicate and collaborate with assigned overseas sales agents
• Explore new business opportunities and new clients’ contacts
• Update the sales report and CRM system regularly
• Handle the administrative tasks including data input and invoicing

Requirements:

•  Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or business related discipline
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills
• High proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Self-motivated with can-do attitude
• Strong team spirit and out-going
• Strong customer mindset
• Good command of MS Office
• Flexible to work or travel after regular office hours or weekend occasionally
• Experience inusing sales & CRM tools
• Previous work experience in sales is an advantage
• Knowledge in trade show business is a plus
• Sense of industry trends and competitors’ marketing activities
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Exhibition Sales Executive
