About Our Client
Our Clients is a Global Buying Office, 5 Days Work, with Double Pay, Bonus, Medical, Dental and 14 Days Annual Leave
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage each shipment delivery from factories to customer to ensure all required steps are done and goods are delivered in a timely
- Closely liaise with the overseas Buyer for logistics arrangement
- Provide excellent customer services to internal customers on order follow-up and problem solving
- Responsible to monitor the logistic operations
- Ensure working processes are followed and results are achieved in timely manner
- Handle full set of shipping documents & invoices from vendors & forwarders
- Input data into in-house order system, conduct analysis and prepare regular reports
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma in logistic management or related discipline
- At least 5 years solid experiences in full aspects of logistic operation
- With 2 years experience in Garment / Fashion Accessories is a must
- Proactive management & coordination skills
- Attentive to details and well organized
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills with innovative ideas
- Strong knowledge on Shipping documentation and process is an advantage
- Ability to adapt multi-task with tight deadlines, work effectively in fast pace
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Proficiency in using MS Excel (Pivot Table & VlookUp), Word, English & Chinese Word Processing
- Less experience will be considered as Shipping Clerk
