Responsibilities:

• Implement new logistics normative in terms of documents and shipping procedures, according to Import Coordinator instructions
• Ensure that all documents are uploaded on time in our IT system and following company instructions
• Check invoices, packing list, CO or any document requirement to complete custom clearance in Spain
• Developing and nurturing relationship with factories to understand needs and propose solutions
• Check KPI´s to control factories performance  and  take necessary measures if any deviation
• Responsible  to communicate Logistics instructions to manufacturing suppliers
• Check transport invoicing (ocean and air shipment)
• Attend necessary meeting with factories
• Identify potential problems and opportunities

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experiences in Import-Export background in multinational company
• Familiar with shipping documents of China, Vietnam and Europe
• Working according to plans and with proactiveness
• Well organized, positive, multi-tasking and able to work independently
• Well versed in MS Office
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin
