Operations Supervisor (Ref no: OPCT1612SU)

Responsibilities:

-   Coordinate with both external and internal parties for daily logistics operations through system in the control tower

-   Execute SOP so as to deliver services as required and handle customers’ enquiry on logistics issues

-   Manage logistics service provider and prepare and analyze monthly report on service provider performance for continuous operational excellence

-   Set and achieve KPI agreed with the client and conduct regular internal KPI review

-   Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

-   Bachelor degree or above in relevant area

-   Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua

-   Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

-   Well-organised and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

-   Self-motivated and able to work independently with good sense of responsibility

-   Able to work under pressure and willing to work over time when required

-   3 – 5 year working experience in logistics industry

-   Less experience will be considered as Logistics Executive
