Responsibilities:

• Provide quality service to customers
• Follow up repair progress and service order
• Work with workshop mechanics to ensure smooth operation of service centre

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 2 years experience in customer service field
• Good command in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Valid driving license class 1,2 is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Service Advisor Trainee
