Job Description
Job duties
- Handle full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment and selection, performance management,monthly payroll, compensation and benefits etc.;
- Manage completed Talent Acquisition process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering process (including reference & background verification);
- Comply with existing Company’s policies and operational procedures;
- Handle employee relations matters;
- Prepare accurate and timely HR reports and statistics for evaluation of related processes and cycle;
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years experiences in Human Resources Management;
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislation (e.g. anti-discrimination laws);
- Detail-minded, independent, responsible and well-organized;
- Good presentation & communication skills and able to communicate with all level of staff;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Korean is a plus but not a must;
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
- Bachelor degree required;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
