Job Description
Our client is a reputable multi-national e-Commerce corporation. To cope with rapid business expansion, they are now looking for a high caliber candidate to lead their HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a small team to develop and deliver HR strategy to support the business growth
- Oversee daily HR operations such as recruitment and selection, manpower planning, performance management, training and development, employee relation and retention, occupational health & safety and human resources information system
- Formulate, revamp and implement HR policies, procedures, system and work flows
- Drive HR initiatives to transform HR functions to a strategic role in order to support company objectives and sustain competitive advantage
- Evaluate the existing HRIS to improve the work flow, efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide professional advice and solutions to the management and division heads on all HR related matters
- Work closely with the management team to maximize the productivity and make the best uses of human resources
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or other business related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in a sizeable company and at least 5 years in managerial level preferred in fast-paced industries, such as e-commerce, MNC and trading etc.
- Well versed Hong Kong employment ordinance, regulations and ISO standard
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- High level of initiative and business acumen with strategic thinking
- Mature, proactive, organized and detail-minded
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Immediate available is preferable
