What will you do…

As part of the Customer Approval Department, you will be in charge of reviewing applications of customers registering to use Payoneer’s products and services.

The role includes an analysis of customers’ personal details, looking for unusal patterns, and communicating directly with customers (individuals and businesses) when relevant.

Work closely with the Risk Management, Customer Care and various other operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• High attention to details and patterns

• Service-oriented approach with great communication skills

• Experience of working in the payment industry/risk management roles – advantage

• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin and English writing skills an advantage

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
