Job Description

What will you do…

 

As a Team Leader, you will report to the Customer Care Director in Israel, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations by:

 

  • Meeting call center goals and objectives

  • Constructing work programs to improve the effectiveness and quality of service

  • Coaching and motivating the team to achieve measurable, outstanding results

  • Monitoring and reviewing team members’ performance, and identifying areas for them to grow and develop

  • Responding to individual needs with tact and care in all situations according to personal differences

  • Preparing work schedule, and handling disciplinary issues including attitude, attendance, etc.

  • Coordinating activities relating to training, team building, and more

 

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills, including organization, prioritization and problem-solving

  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn job-specific computer applications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • At least 2 years of managerial experience

  • Detail-oriented

  • Multi-tasker and quick learner

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Advantage: Customer Support / Care Supervisor experience
