Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the Games & Sports Department         
• Manages a team of 30 colleagues and work with 15 coaches
• Plan, organize and manage  the annual calendar of sports and family events
• Prepare Committee Agendas and attend Committee meetings
• Maintain  financial report and prepare the annual budget for the Games & Sports Department
• Responsible to occupational health & safety compliance with government ordinance
• Responsible for coordinating Community sports & recreation actions
  
  
  

Requirements

• University graduation with Sports & Leisure Management or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years’ working experience in a managerial level position
• Practice of a sport is a bonus
• Experience in planning sports and family recreation events
• Strong leadership skill and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication ability in English and Cantonese speaking
• Organised, detailed oriented and can work under pressure and meet deadline
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
