Our client is a renowned Investment Management and Professional Services Financial Group. With their expansion of business, they are looking for Responsible Officer to oversee their new established fund.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating investment strategy and oversee investment of the company
• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1, 4 and/or 9 regulated activities
• Responsible for the monitoring of the daily business operations
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with SFC and implement effective internal control mechanisms

Requirements:

• University degree in Banking/Finance or any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in financial industry
• A licensed Responsible Officer with unconditional license under the SFC for Type 1, 4 and/or 9 regulated activities currently  
• Good understanding of Securities and Futures Ordinance, SFC Code of Conduct and rules
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, a good      team player, detail-oriented and self-motivated
