Requirements

1. Relevant certificate in bakery or sugar crafting. Knowledge about ISO and HACCP is highly preferred;
2. 3 to 5 years’ experience in pastry and bakery, especially in production establishments;
3. Good team player with strong communication and supervisory skills;
4. Good spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

1. Preparation of ingredients and food production;
2. Make sure the food can meet quality requirement and deliver on time;
3. Maintain reasonable stock level for ingredients;
4. Keep the environment, utensils and machines clean and tidy;
5. Lead and monitor the kitchen staff;
6. Assist manager and pastry chef for product development.

Applicants with less experience will be considered for post as Pastry Demi Chef de Partie.
