Job Description
- Execute marketing campaigns and strategies to attract and retain Red Card Player’s Club gaming guests
- Plan, coordinate and execute events and promotions
- Liaise with the Gaming Division to serve Red Card Player’s Club guests
- Build relationships with a range of customers and suppliers
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service management
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Stationed in Hong Kong
