• Operate the Red Card Counter
• Input and update members’ information in the system
• Provide administration support to Club Host by signing up members, performing member benefit redemptions, and issuing complimentary items and promotional benefits
• Participate in Red Card promotional activities
• Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services
• Answer guests’ enquiries and provide directions and useful information
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Stationed in Hong Kong
