This position will carry out different business analysis duties such as drafting and gathering requirements, drafting specifications and helping the team for various mobile Internet solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and drive solutions for mobile internet (both Telecom & IT features)
• Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are complete and clear
• Review and clarify requirements with various stakeholders including business and IT stakeholders
• Work with architecture and application development teams members
• Coordinate the preparation of the project proposal, including effort and cost estimates as well as project timelines, to support funding approval for business and IT initiatives
• Assist in ensuring the solution is doable within the company scope of work.
• Cooperate with telecom engineer team and R&D engineer team to come up with the best practical solution.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 5 – 9 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with strong business analysis skills
• Experience in business with Telecommunication is a must
• Experience in mobile Internet is highly preferred
• Expertise in telecom communication flow and technique.
• Good knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies in particular waterfall and agile practices and be able to adapt the requirements and analysis practices to these different models
• Have leadership skills, good stakeholders management & communication skills and professional attitude
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
