Roles and Responsibilities

•         Plan & set up monthly inspection schedules to meet factories’ production schedule from                 development, production and shipment according to the operation’s requirements
•          Update inspection schedules to meet changes by weekly
•          Handling emails correspondences to Vendors and Quality Inspectors
•          Ensure Quality Inspectors are in compliance with all Company’s standard operation procedures
•          Supervise a team of +/-20 Quality Inspectors
•          Handle ad hoc assignment when required

  Job Requirements

•          HKCEE / DSE holder  with 5 years of relevant experiences in supervisory level
•          Familiar in using Excel and data management
•          Capable of setting traveling plans to monitor 100 factories in China
•          Able to work under pressure on peak seasons
•          Knowledge on China export business of footwear/jackets/socks is an advantage but not a must
•          Strong knowledge on roster planning
•          Strong communication skills with fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
•          Well-organized, energetic, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
•          Honesty, strong personality safe guard company interests and policy
•          Daily travel to Shenzhen Office (located at Shenzhen Shangri-la Hotel, just 5 mins walk from            LoWu Border)
•          Follow PRC’s holiday
•          Immediate available is highly preferred

Candidate with less experiences will also be consider as Roster Coordinator

Remarks:

• Job Location: Office in  Shenzhen
• Working Days Per Week:  5 days / 6 days (subject to workload)
• Working Hours:  0930 to 1730
