Job Purpose

• To act as representative of customer and work with supplier for delivery of highest standard of service in product development till shipment, so that the company objectives can be achieved.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for order follow up & able to organize abundant information
• Ensure sufficient preparation before meeting with customers during the buying season
• Product sourcing
• Proactively deal with customers in product development and sourcing process, keep good relationship with buyers & vendors and able to provide options to customer
• Settle and follow up claims
• Regular travel to China

 Requirement, Skills & Experience

• Degree / High diploma holder in Merchandising or related disciplines preferred
• Knowledge in sourcing and merchandising, mainly home décor, household, kitchen, especially in electronic item will be an advantage
• 5 years hard goods merchandising experience, TV shopping business preferred
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Allegro, MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken)
• Negotiable, independent, organized. Pro-active is essential
