• Maintain tracking records of internal and external case files

• Follow up communication with Enforcement Officials and Business Associates on the on-going cases

• Manage documentation process of Verification Certificate, Price Certificate, Trademark Certificate Copy and Power of Attorney

• Prepare post-raid operation report for on-going cases

• Handle verification of raid action reports, invoices and samples after post-raid operation

• Compilation Monthly & Quarterly Case Summary Reports for all LVMH Brands  

• Manage captured counterfeit samples and ship to the respective brand in Europe

• Provide administrative support for the Department
