Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Group General Counsel in all compliance-related matters;
• Participate in general commercial works such as contracts drafting & review, legal advisory, listing compliance, and also corporate transactions such as M&A, joint ventures, shares placements, bonds issuance, etc;
• Provide support to the Company Secretary team in preparation of annual and interim reports, announcements, circulars and other disclosure documentation;
• Assist the Compliance and Company Secretary Department on any ad-hoc matters.

Requirements:

• Hong Kong Qualified, with 1+ year of experience;
• Candidates with good potential and experience in general commercial works, but without listed company experience are also welcome;
• Good command of English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred;
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-pace working environment;
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player.
