Main responsibilities include:

• Contract Review the client test request
• Orders and follow up activities from clients
• Prepare test quotation and sample breakdown
• Handling client’s enquiry and complaints
• Assist in the reporting status to clients

Qualifications and requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Chemistry, or other related discipline
• 0 to 1 year working experience in laboratory, prefer at customer services
• Possess strong customer services mind
• Able to reply clients’ email enquiries independence
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Available immediately
