Summary:

Jewellery Publishing of UBM Asia is seeking a dynamic and resourceful individual to join its team. This role will be responsible to help promoting and developing a portfolio of products which consists of print and digital publications, awards event, annual supplements, directories, trade fair guides and online conferences.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for awards event
• Assist in the execution of marketing programs for the jewellery publishing group, including the development of marketing collaterals, press releases, subscription programs, event promotions and other marketing communications
• Maintain the social media and online digital platforms
• Manage the marketing database
• Monitor the progress of marketing campaigns
• Support the team on translation, research and Powerpoint presentation
• This is a 9-month internship, from Jan to Sept 2017 (can be adapted according to the candidate's needs)

Requirements:

• University fresh graduates or undergraduates with major in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
• Passionate in marketing, communications, events and publishing
• High language proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Sound knowledge in using Microsoft Office and Photoshop
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• As a good team player and fast learner
