Applications are invited for appointment as Administrative Officer at The Hong Kong College of Anaesthesiologists (HKCA), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support including routine office administration, coordination of various meetings and handling of enquiries, etc;

•  Handle and draft correspondence and minutes;

• Any other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University Graduates;

• At least 5 years working experience in executive support;

• Able to work independently and flexibly with multi-task;

• Good presentation and communication skills;

• Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese (including mandarin);

• Good PC skill in English and Chinese word processing, PowerPoint, Excel, Knowledge in database and web site management is an advantage;

• Working location: Wong Chuk Hang (and North District Hospital occasionally).
