Job Descriptions :

• Assist in developing and managing marketing content.
• Assist in the yearly marketing budget in alignment to company's financial plans
• Analyse life insurance product and market trends
• Work closely with Sales team and other key stakeholders to ensure content are up-to-date
• Provide training to stakeholders
• Handle policy administration for policies, endorsements, renewals and reinsurance
• Support day to day operations including reviewing policy documents to ensure quality and efficient service delivery. Manage and monitor premium collection, settlement and refund process.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience marketing development with exposure in insurance company or broker firm.
• Solid experience in working with different stakeholders in the company such as sales, marketing and agencies.
• Teamwork, self motivation, problem solving and strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Good command of computer skill including MS Word, Excel, Power point & Chinese typing.

      Working days : 5.5 days (alternative shift Saturday)
