Responsibilities:

-        To supervise a small team to perform HR and office administration functions

-        To ensure HR policies are align with the ordinance and related legislations

-        To handle general insurance and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

-        Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

-        Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, experience in retail industry is an advantage

-        Well-verse of HK Labour Ordinance

-        Good communication and presentation skills

-        Good command of both English & Chinese including Mandarin

-        Grade D in English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE, or Level 3 in English Language in
       the HKDSE

-        Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

-        Immediate available is preferred

-        Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer - HR & Admin
