This global firm provides financial services to private, corporate and institutional clients and is present in all major financial centres with offices in over 50 countries worldwide. With its expertise in international wealth and asset management, as well as investment banking they are continuing to remain a market leader in this field.

You will help facilitate the set up of prospective clients on our Prime Brokerage platform including reporting, connectivity, account set up and documentation management. The candidate will need to understand the platform architecture and how systems connect with each other, as well as assist with the documentation process. This will involve interaction with sales, onboarding, client services, compliance, credit, legal, tax, margin and risk desks in addition to various product specific areas including exchange traded derivatives, OTC equity derivatives, electronic trading, stock loan, repo and FX.

The successful candidate will ideally have had previous experience in an account set up or onboarding role. An understanding of the documentation different clients types require would be an advantage. They will be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast paced environment; be articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills; have good judgement and attention to detail; work independently with strong administrative/problem solving skills and be able to handle confidential matters and information.
