Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the assigned team to perform all-round HR functions including payroll, manpower planning, recruitment and budgeting, compensation and benefit administration, implementing HR policy, training and employee relationship
  • Develop strong business relation with department heads to meet dynamic business and recruitment needs
  • Talent recruitment through recruitment agencies or media
  • Formulating, implementing and reviewing HR strategies, plans, policies and procedures to guide employees’ work and performance
  • Prepare HR reports in timely and accurate basis
  • Work closely with the top management in managing HR function efficiency
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

 

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience with at least 2 years in a senior position
  • Self- motivated, detail-minded and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations
