Responsibilities:

• Liaise and maintain relationship with insurance companies
• Build-up and Maintain the relationship with business partners & financial companies
• Handle the compliance and new regulation
• Supervise the daily sales operation and administrative workflow
• Handle the sales process with compliance and regulation
• Conduct product training to TR
• Support channels to perform business activities

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of experience in a management position and holds relevant qualifications.
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance sales and compliance process in a brokerage setting 
• Fulfills all PIBA regulatory requirements as alternate chief executive or technical representative (including holding the IA required insurance qualifications or have passed all four relevant papers of the Qualifying Examination)

• Ability to manage day to day operations
