Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation and constant evolution of the Costing strategy
• Lead and manage the costing team on all operational and tactical issues to ensure that target FOB are achieved and on time costing information are properly completed by deadline
• Review the existing costing process and explore opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and maintain the long term costing planning
• Provide analytical recommendations on process enhancements
• Support other business units like development, materials, production

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience, at senior level, for costing athletic footwear
• Extensive knowledge of world reports on commodities associated with footwear
• Extensive knowledge of cost break down sheets, leather, materials, molds and outsole / rubber costs
• Extensive knowledge of factory costing procedures and processes
• Report analytically to senior management
• Able to negotiate bulk and quarterly pricing
• Very detail oriented
• Able to manage a team of 5-10 people, work with multi-cultures people and adhere to timelines
• Flexible in traveling 20-25%
