We’re looking for an Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our Hong Kong based Ecommerce Team. Working closely with the Senior Managers, the objective is to optimize and scale the Operations to meet the increase in sales and marketing efforts through our major Ecommerce Sales Channels for the USA market.

This is a very diverse and hands on role which will allow the right candidates to focus on various aspects of e-commerce management and operations optimization while working with the biggest e-commerce platforms across the globe. Daily activities will include:

• Pay per click campaign reporting and optimization with daily analysis, feedback and improvements
• Learning the ins and outs of the major sales channels to help troubleshoot issues and create opportunities that might not have otherwise surfaced
• Basic SEO for the Product Listings
• Manage marketing calendars and project manage any deliverables for marketing initiatives related to the Ecommerce channels being managed
• Learn the existing work flows and suggest solutions to streamline them.
• Working closely with various channels, identify any upcoming initiatives or opportunities.
• Contribute ideas, input and feedback on creative and program strategy for managed channels

Requirements:

• Have experience in managing PPC (Pay per click) campaigns. E.g. Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Amazon Marketing Service, Bing Ads etc.
• Bachelor in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Good understanding of Ecommerce Operations and experience in Project Management.
• Analytical and able to drive analysis based on facts and performance data to deliver improvements. Microsoft Excel proficiency in required
• Experience in compiling operational reports and analysing trends.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills – proven ability to build and expand relationships (internal / external)
• Creative, internet-obsessed, technologically savvy and intellectually curious to learn new skills to support the team
• Experience with the Amazon Platform is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
