Responsibilities

• Acts as a medium between designers, contractors, builders, workers, and different project managers
• Coordinate structural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction site
• ŸResponsible for surveying the land and recommending materials to maximize usability while the design studies is   completed and monitor builds
• ŸRequire a solid understanding of architectural design theories and an understanding of construction drawings
• Keeps a tabl on the documentation, generates and updates the project files and reports
• ŸSupervise and control all the financial aspects, contracts and agreements relating to the multiple construction activities

Requirements

• ŸDegree in Architectural Sciences, Civil Engineering or Project/Construction Management
• ŸMinimum 3 years of supporting Project Managers in the delivery of development projects
• ŸProficient in MS Project and/or Primavera and the MS Office Suite of Products
• Knowledge of the building development/redevelopment industry
• Familiarity with construction methods and the building codes
• ŸProactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• ŸGood command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Travel to China
• ŸProven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
• ŸDemonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• ŸImmediate available will be higher preferred
