Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Senior Management, you will be responsible for overseeing various medical services operations functions and administrative support to achieve business targets and goals

  • Formulate standard operations procedures and processes and compile regular management reports

  • Monitor operational performance, resources utilization and provide staff training to ensure delivery of quality services in accordance with established SLAs and KPIs

  • Manage the medical provider network to ensure delivery of quality services and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

  • Manage medical claims, billing and coding process to ensure effective revenue cycle management

  • Direct liaison with clients and account management team to handle customer enquiries, complaints, reporting, findings and recommendations

  • Work with Business Development team and prospective clients to support new business initiatives and execute implementation plan

  • Work with IT and liaise with business users to participate into UAT related activities and any ad hoc projects as assigned

  • Perform internal audit to assess business quality and make recommendations for continuous improvement

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above

  • Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience at supervisory or management level, preferably in sizeable companies focused on operations management or relevant discipline

  • Knowledge in health insurance, claims processing (inpatient & outpatient), financial analysis, or medical services delivery is an advantage

  • Customer-service mindset with strong sense of responsibilities, flexible, forward thinking and proactive

  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external customers or stakeholders

  • Strong analytical, mathematical, organizing and problem solving skills with project management experience

  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, attention to detail and perform well under high pressure and fast paced working environment

  • Well-versed in MS Office, e.g. Excel / Macro (advanced level), PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Local travel is required when necessary

  • Fluency in Cantonese and English (both verbal and written). Good command of Mandarin is a plus

  • Immediately available is highly preferred
