Responsibilities

* Material sourcing

* Cost negotiation and order follow up with suppliers

* Customer inquiry handling

* Sales order and production schedule monitoring

* On-line shop follow up

* Daily office and admin support

Requirements

* At least 5 years of solid experience in procurement, samples and sales order handling

* Experience in on-line shop / e-commerce is an advantage

* Diploma or above, preferably in business or marketing disciplines

* Work independently and work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, self-starter

* Computer literacy in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint and others (please specify)

* Well verse in written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
