• Assist in enhancing departmental operation process and related system flow
• Ensure operation processes are compliant with statutory regulations and group policies
• Responsible for basic clerical and reception duties
• Work closely with Private Bankers on handling client complains, follow up with the review of overdue annual client profile and document outstanding accounts
• Possess a friendly and helpful character in order to act as the first point of contact between customers and the bank
• Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years experience in banking segment, preferably with Client Service/ Front Office experience
• Prior experience in middle office, compliance and control is definitely an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skill and able to work well with all levels
