Our client, a well-known banking group, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position of Senior Manager, Customer Services. 

Responsibilities:-

• Handle customer enquires / complaints in a timely and professional manner, and in accordance with internal and external regulations.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for handling complaints in both of routine and regulatory issues, to enforce and monitor resolving actions are in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist team members for handling complex complaint cases by identifying root cause and offering appropriate solutions.
• Deal with the regulators directly, professionally and responsively.
• Analyze customer opinions / complaints, and identify areas for service quality enhancement.

Requirements:-

• Degree holder or above.
• At least 8 years complaint handling experience in banking industry.
• Solid knowledge of investment and wealth management products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and dedicate to deliver the highest quality services to customers.

Less experience will be considered as Manager, Customer Services
