Job Description
Our client is a top-tier listed PRC firm, is looking for a professional to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer services hotlines, inquiries and complaints
- Handle client account opening, KYC and related documentation
- Execute orders from the clients
- Develop and maintain good relationship with clients
- Handle daily administrative & operational works for the department
- Handle ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration / Finance / Economic
- Holder of SFC License for RA1 will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 years working experience in related position, preferably in banking and finance sector, candidate with less experience will be considered as the Client Service Assistant
- Mature, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Sound PC knowledge, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
