You will take part in daily half-day work (5-day week) providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations including sales order arrangement and logistics coordination, travel arrangement, sales meeting/events coordination & organization as well as documentation handling.

• Minimum 2 years relevant sales operations support or departmental administration experience
• Detail oriented, strong coordination and organizational skills
• Hands-on computer skills and SAP is preferred
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese  
• Immediate available preferred
