Package:         Package Information: HK$40,000 – HK$55,000 (Highly Negotiable) per month Depending on Experience and other great benefits (13 Months Guaranteed Salary & Bonus Scheme)

We work in joint partnership with the one of the award winning Facade Consultants who is well known in the Design, Engineering and Project Management of various prestigious large scale curtain wall projects across Hong Kong and China. This is a Global firm with offices across China, Singapore, Hong Kong, South East Asia, Europe and in the Middle East.

QULIFICATION & ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Atleast 3 years Façade specific Technical experience with consultant OR contractor background

• Must have a strong technical background and experience in of various façade systems

• This position requires strong technical abilities in building façade and construction
• Fluency in English, Mandarin both written and spoken will be an advantage
  

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist Design/Engineering team in developing design drawings from 'Tender and/or Design Intent'
• To verify the Curtain Wall fixing details with structural layout / details
• Carry out Curtainwall detail for structural/engineering calculations
• To assist issuing all construction drawings to Projects Team
• Provide detailed engineering computations and analysis as required for report submissions.
• Coordinate with Sub Contractors, client consultants such as architect, structural engineers to determine best façade design outcomes
• Provide design sketches and reports are required for schematic, design development and constructions phases of projects.
