Job Responsibilities:

• To advise on Corporate structure
• To review, draft and advise on legal documents, including transaction documents for related investments, confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, etc
• Provide legal advice to management and business units of the firm in relation to corporate activities
• To monitor, plan and implement programs for changes in legislation affecting the operations of the firm and provide general operations compliance support to business units
• Monitor the legal risks of the firm together with the risk department
• Handle regulatory matters and other HK compliance matters

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Legal (LLB) or equivalent
• Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years’ relevant experience in law firm or corporate
• Experience with M&A, HK listing rules and SFC exposure and general commercial is an advantage but not a must
• Experience in handling PRC-related corporate matters is an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin  
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and with excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure and tight time frame
