Our team is specialized in Consumer, Retail, Biotechnology and Information Technology industries, servicing Clients on contingent, successful placement basis.

 Responsibilities

• Review and provide legal advice on contract / tender documents
• Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations.
• Manage legal process, litigations and business transactions
• Analyze and identify legal risks and implications
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
• Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the Company
• Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures
• Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements 

Qualification

• Minimum 5 years of Post-Qualified in private practice and/or in‐house
• Hong Kong Qualified Solicitor (LLB / JD / CPE degree with PCLL qualification)
• Proficient in commercial laws, especially Hong Kong and PRC laws and regulations
