Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Report to Customer Service Manager
- Handle customer enquirers / call at Customer Services Centre
- Process and follow-up service orders, documents and general clerical duties
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, with relevant working experience in customer service will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manners with fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure & proficiency in MS Office applications
- Self-motivated, customer focused staff, and well organized
- More experience will be consider as Centre Supervisor
