Job Responsibilities                                                                                                                    

• Coordinates to ensure that all seafarers onboard are competent, experienced, trained, certificated and medically fit;
• Reviews and checks seafarers’ records to ensure that selection is as per company standards;
• Monitors requirements (planning, documentation & training) to ensure that seafarers are relieved on time and at cost effective ports;
• Provides requirements and communicates with manning & travel service providers, vessels & local port agents to ensure that crew changes pass off smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively;
• Monitors information both internally and externally and reports issues that may be of note to the Regional Manager - Marine HR/ Marine Director, thereby ensuring that the department remains well informed; &
• Other duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements

• Tertiary education or above
• Effective communicator with good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Well organized and attentive to details
• Computer literate with particular emphasis on MS Office and email applications
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position, Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor, Marine HR
