Responsibilities:

• Report to CEO;
• Conduct macro-economic researches and produce reports and commentaries covering different markets for external and internal distribution;
• Monitor macro-policy changes in various economies;
• Provide economic forecast and analysis on major economic variables of the HK, mainland China and other global economies;
• Attend regular top management meetings to provide up-to-date macro-economic and or any business related analyses and views to senior management;
• Conduct ad hoc researches related to the Group’s business.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistic, or related discipline;
• 3 years’ or above relevant experience;
• Knowledge of techniques and models in conducting macro-economic researches;
• Knowledge of using Bloomberg, REUTERS, Macrobond, Wind etc and other financial database;
• Strong market research skills, good sense of market trends, industry movements & development direction;
• Strong analytical skills and organizing skills;
• Strong editorial skills, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Confident and able to work on own initiative;
• Assertive, proactive and strive for excellence.
