Responsibilities:

• Oversee all the finance and accounting activities including financial reporting, budgets, audit and tax filings
• Supervisea team of accounting staff in Hong Kong and the PRC
• Lead due diligence and feasibility studies on business acquisition
• Contribute in strategic business planning and risk management
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions on funding and compliance

 Requirements:

• A master degree holder of Accounting/Finance or related disciplines, with recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA,CFA, etc)
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in a senior financial management role in a listed company, preferably in infrastructure industry
• Experience in IPO, merger, acquisition and investor relations activities is an advantage
• Strategic thinking and broad business perspectives
• Good knowledge in Listing Rules,  Accounting Standards, Legal and Compliance Requirements
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
