Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide full spectrum of professional HR services including recruitment, payroll calculations and MPF administration
  • Maintain HR database and update staff profile in orderly and timely manner
  • Provide full spectrum of office administration including office supplies, logistics arrangement, office renovation, office equipment, procurement, insurance and maintenance
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in full spectrum of Human Resources Management and administration operations
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance and related regulations
  • Independent, result-oriented, multi-tasked and detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
