Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide full spectrum of professional HR services including recruitment, payroll calculations and MPF administration
- Maintain HR database and update staff profile in orderly and timely manner
- Provide full spectrum of office administration including office supplies, logistics arrangement, office renovation, office equipment, procurement, insurance and maintenance
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in full spectrum of Human Resources Management and administration operations
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance and related regulations
- Independent, result-oriented, multi-tasked and detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
