Requirements:

• Degree Holder
• At least 5 years' of financial due diligence experience /M&A Transaction Services/Deal Advisory/Equity Research etc.
• Solid understanding of financial modeling and in-depth financial analysis, with good research capabilities and analytical skills
• Possess CFA professional qualification is an advantage
• Good writing and communication skills, team player, self-driven and quick response.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
