Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture, Design, Construction Management, E&M Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 3 years project management experience / administrative support to senior management in sizable organization preferably from investment / property development industries
• Update and report PRC project performance and progress for management review
• Handle and maintain confidential information and documentation, prioritise tasks on hand and manage diary and schedule in an efficient manner
• Prepare business correspondences, presentation materials and financial reports etc.
• Provide assistance in planning & organizing of overseas trips and meetings
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (a MUST) and Cantonese;
• High proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese Word Processing is a MUST;
• Self-motivated, fast-paced, detail-minded with excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
• Immediately available is highly preferred
