The Job:

The job incumbent will be responsible for providing the highest level of quality service to Premier customers by resolvingtechnical issues though the dedicated hotline.

 

The Person:

  • Diploma or above in Information Systems / Information Technology / Computer Studies or related discipline, with qualification / certification of computer study (e.g. MCP, MCSE etc) preferred
  • 2years’ relevant experience in technical service / support, familiar with broadband / mobile would be an advantage
  • Customer oriented, enthusiastic & self-motivated
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Technical Service Specialist
